Asked recently why we don’t charge tenant fees I had to think about my response. Why don’t we? Even with months before the tenant ban in England we could have made hay while the sun shines as many agents are still doing.  For a mid-level agent operating at about 20 offices the loss of the tenant fees could wipe £250,000 off their bottom line, for the larger UK wide corporate agents it could reasonably be millions. So why not cash in while we can?
