With over 27 years of experience in the Staffordshire property market, Steve has built a reputation for his expertise, dedication, and friendly approach.

Starting his career as a Junior Negotiator, he quickly climbed the ranks to Office Manager at a large corporate firm before joining Dourish & Day as Senior Valuer in 2019.

Having previously worked alongside Steve Dourish and Jeremy Day, he leapt at the chance to be part of their growing success, helping expand the business across the region.

Steve’s passion for property is matched by his love for adventure. When he’s not helping clients find their perfect home, he’s off exploring the world with his family, having already ticked off multiple continents and dream destinations—with plenty more on the list!

Closer to home, he enjoys long countryside walks with Max, his lively and ever-enthusiastic Cocker Spaniel.
