Meet Shanade

Shanade brings big energy, plenty of enthusiasm, and a whole lot of personality to Dourish and Day. Since joining as a full-time Sales Executive in October, she’s been helping people find their perfect homes with her trademark mix of warmth, humour, and genuine care.

A part-time gym enthusiast and full-time people person, she has a natural ability to put clients at ease. Whether she’s matching buyers with the right property or gently confirming that, yes, the bathroom is on the cosy side, she handles every moment with charm and patience.

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her spending time with friends, enjoying good food, or chatting about animals with the enthusiasm of someone hosting her own wildlife documentary. Known for her kindness, energy, and the occasional mini wobble, Shanade is the sort of person who gets attached to a house she’s just sold, a dog she’s just met, and a sandwich she’s just eaten.
