Meet Gurvinder

Gin’s passion for estate agency began at just 15, when he landed his first role in property. That early start sparked a lasting love for helping people move home!

Gin joined the Dourish and Day family in 2018, spending four successful years across our Stafford and Penkridge branches. A local lad, Gin grew up in Penkridge and knows the area inside out!

After a short break, Gin returned to the Dourish and Day family in 2025 bringing with him even more experience and a fresh perspective to property. 

Over the years, Gin’s dealt with various properties, everything from apartments and new builds to family homes and even a former Cadbury factory! Whatever the property, his approach is always the same: honest advice and great service.

Outside of work, Gin is a keen CrossFitter. He trains regularly, competes at various events across the UK, and often ends up nursing the occasional injury!
