Meet Ellie

As our lettings director - you can find Ellie in any of our offices working with the lettings team on a daily basis.

Still very much a part of the day to day running of the team – she keeps the team going by providing wine, good humour and chocolate when needed.

With a proactive approach to all aspects of her life its rare to find Ellie sat still for very long. Ellie thrives being outdoors (unless its raining) so she enjoys all 3 days of sunshine we get in the UK and fills them with typical middle age activities like outdoor swimming, trips out with the family, long walks etc and sometimes she gets to relive her youth by sneaking off to gigs and the pub when her and her husband can get a babysitter.

In 2017, Ellie co-founded Dourish & Day Lettings with Steve and Jeremy, using her knowledge to build a lettings team that has truly excelled in customer service.

Her commitment to excellence has helped the team win multiple awards over consecutive years since 2018, and she remains deeply focused on building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Ellie knows every single property in our portfolio personally, ensuring that everyone receives the very best service—because to her, lettings isn’t just about properties, it’s about the relationships we build with people around it that is the key to our success.
